Internships

We are looking for an Administrative Manager
Position for overall administrative management of the organisation. The position is based in Bhuj.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate, develop and write contracts/agreements with various clients, funding partners or government agencies, as may be required, in consultation with the program coordinators and the directors.
  2. Assist program coordinators and directors in preparation proposals for funding partners.
  3. Oversee project reporting to the funding partners.
  4. Oversee legal compliances of the organisation as per the applicable laws.
  5. Financial monitoring of the organisation, including preparation of annual business plans.
  6. Lead the accounts and administrative personnel of the organisation.
  7. Manage human resource, and related compliances.
  8. Assist the project team with required logistical arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Degree in management or related, with a work experience of 3-5 years.
  2. Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Annual Renumeration: About Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 7 lakhs (inc. all)
