We are looking for a Communication Designer
The position involves developing overall communication strategies for community-centred programs, working closely with program coordinators and community representatives. The position is based in Bhuj, and for two years.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop an overall communication strategy for a program.
  2. Develop and design visual content for print and digital platforms.
  3. Maintain various guidelines as may be prescribed by the program coordinators or the funding partners.
  4. Collaborate with various stakeholders and team members to understand their communication requirements.
  5. Assist in program/process documentation through various suitable media like pictures, videos, audio recording etc.
  6. Assist in preparation of content for publication in main stream news/media outlets.
  7. Anchor organisational communication strategies through newsletters, websites, blog-posts and social media.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Suitable degree in graphic design, visual communication, visual arts, architecture or related field, with two years of work experience preferably with NGOs or community-centred works.
  2. Proficiency in relevant design software like Adobe Creative Suite etc.
  3. Proficient in written English. Spoken proficiency in either Gujarati or Hindi mandatory.

Annual Renumeration: About Rs 4.5 lakhs to Rs 6.5 lakhs (inc. all)
