We are looking for a Creative Lead Partner
The position involves working closely with the partners to lead and direct the architecture and urban design related works of the organisation, working closely with diverse stakeholders including institutions, communities, private parties and the government. The position is based in Bhuj.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Direct and take forward the creative expression of the organisation, acknowledging the institutional ethos of frugality, participation and commons.
  2. Develop relationships with various stakeholders, partner entities, donors etc., with the purpose of objective promotion and business development.
  3. Lead the team of architects and designers.
  4. Coordinate with various consultants and contractors as required by the projects.
  5. Oversee design development, preparation of presentation and technical drawings as well as execution on site for the architectural and urban design related works.
  6. Maintain and monitor high quality of the design and technical work, following all applicable codes and guidelines.
  7. Oversee overall management of the assigned projects including finances, time and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Degree in architecture, design or related field
  2. Atleast five years of relevant work experience in leading projects and teams
  3. In depth knowledge and experience with technical details
  4. Strong in communication
  5. Fluent in spoken and written English, and spoken Hindi.

Annual Renumeration: About Rs 7 lakhs to Rs 9 lakhs (inc. all)
