We are looking for Social Workers (two positions) - this position is currently fulfilled. 
The position involves community engagement, mobilisation and building active relationship with them. It entails assisting the technical team with sensitive engagement with the concerned communities. The positions are based in Bhuj, and Gandhidham, and for two years.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop relationships with various marginalised communities, with an understanding of contextual values and realities.
  2. Identify active community leaders and build their capacities to engage with various stakeholders, including the government.
  3.  Organise community meetings, consultations and events.
  4. Carry primary surveys and documentation.
  5. Assist technical teams in engaging with the communities.
  6. Coordinate with local political leaders and government workers.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Degree in social work, with atleast two years of work experience.
  2. Comfortable with report writing.

Annual Renumeration: About Rs 2.5 lakhs to Rs 4 lakhs (inc. all)
